    4. How the game advances and who the winners will be is solely determined by the players. The game organizer only provides the playing field and ensures that the rules are kept.

  2. Explanatory provisions
    1. The game

ManyQ is an online boardgame. Major elements: group formation, positioning within a group, voting.

    2. Entry fee

The fee to enter the starting square of a given goal.

    3. Electronic game

ManyQ can only be played electronically online through a browser (or mobile application). Through the internet, players will be able to enter as many starting squares as they want to and participate in the game.

    4. Prize money

Prize money is the sum the player receives after there are sufficient number of player and the final order is determined based on their votes. Every position in the game entails some prize money: All 120 players in the final square will receive a prize. Based on the votes, the first 20 will receive 4 times the entry. Players between the 21st-120th positions won’t leave empty handed either: They will receive a fifth of the entry fee.

    5. Username, password

The unique identifier and secret code related to the player with which they can enter the game. This information is only known to the player and they are the only ones who can access this data within the game. (square positions, votes, account balance)

    6. Starting square

Starting square is the square where the player enters on a given goal. If the 20th player enters a given square, then everyone in the square is automatically transported to the finishing square (in the same order they entered the starting square). After these twenty positions are placed in the finishing square, the starting square becomes empty and players may enter again.

    7. Finishing square

The square where the top twenty players who received the most votes win the game. Players who come here from the starting position are placed according to their order of arrival. The votes submitted to the positions in the voting profile are tallied: Positions are ranked from most votes received to least votes received (arranged in order). After the final score the finishing square is emptied.

    8. Voting

The player must mark 20 positions between 1 and 120 which will each count as a vote. Players’ votes in the game will determine the winners. The votes attached to a voting profile may be changed until the game ends.

    9. Vote tallying

After players move from the starting square to the finishing square, they will be able to view the number of votes the position they are currently holding received. They will also be able to see any changes made to the number of votes until the end of the game. At the end of the game after the 120th position has been taken, the votes will automatically be tallied. The tally will show how many votes your final position in the finishing square received.

    10. Account Balance

Every player must have sufficient funds for the entry fee. This fee is recorded on their account balance. This balance can be topped up through a bank transfer or by the winnings earned from previous games. A player may use their account balance for every voting. If a player’s account balance reaches or exceeds the smallest entry fee then they may request a refund from their account balance to their bank account provided during registration. In case of transfers to an account, the transferred amount is credited to the account balance which the player can use to enter the starting squares and take part in the game. When entering a given starting square, the value of the position is subtracted from the account balance.

    11. Goals

Registered players are able to play on five different goals. The rules of the game are the same on every goal but the entry fee and thus the prizes differ in magnitude. A goal begins by entering the starting square and ends with the votes being tallied in the finishing square, followed by the announcing of the results.

    12. Moving between different starting squares

Until a player remains in a starting square, they are free to move between different starting squares with the same value as many times as they want. The goal of moving about is to enter a square that is filling up faster so that the player may enter the finishing square as soon as possible.
